The first step is to register with us, so we’ll know what you’re looking for and your budget. You’ll then be the first to hear when a suitable new property becomes available.

 

Finding a trusted solicitor

Using an efficient solicitor will speed up the conveyancing procedure. We can refer you to excellent tried and tested local solicitors who are experts in their field.

Easy-book viewings

Once you find a property you love, email or call us and we’ll arrange a viewing. You’ll be shown around by one of our experienced team members who can answer your questions.

 

Arranging a survey

You will require a survey if you are planning to get a mortgage, and you may also wish to conduct an independent survey. We can recommend an experienced, qualified local surveyor.

Help with your mortgage

We work with an independent mortgage broker who can help you find the right deal for your circumstances. Use our handy mortgage calculator to check how much you can afford to borrow.
